CAMPUS TRAINING , ¿TE SIENTES ESTAFADO ? opiniones y Reclamaciones

Buenas tardes, yo también me siento estafada por esta “academia”. Me ofrecieron preparación para oposiciones de Justicia con temario actualizado, clases telepresenciales, toda la ayuda de una tutora individual... Pues no creo que hayan cumplido con su parte: llevo unos 7 meses en los que he podido averiguar que el temario no está actualizado ni completo ni tan siquiera libre de erratas y fallos, las clases no vienen a cuento con lo que puedes estar viendo (no llevan ningún orden, un par de horas en semana suben una clase, que ni preparan sino que se limitan a hablar o leer el tema que sea), la tutora asignada no tiene ni idea de mí oposición y no solo eso, sino que me pegué más de 1 mes esperando que me contestaran para concertar una dichosa tutoría de 30 minutos, la parte que te “preparan” ofimatica, ya en el primer vídeo de la plataforma escuchas cosas como “no sé si esto lo tendrán en cuenta en la prueba”, “no sé si esto puntúa”.... Y no te quejes porque te dicen que mandes un mail a la central, el cual ni se molestan en contestar. Solo he conseguido que se molesten en contestarme a algo tras presentar reclamación en consumo y por supuesto no reconocen nada ni me contestan a todas las cuestiones claro. Ahora solo saben mandarme correos y hacer que me llame una nueva tutora.... En Consumo me dicen que puedo pedir un Arbitraje, pero he encontrado este foro y me gustaría saber si podéis ayudarme. He leído que se ha presentado demanda conjunta y quería saber el resultado o alguna información. Gracias

Hola, me llamo Fran y soy otra víctima más de Campus Training, hace un mes que firme el contrato y me da mucha vergüenza aceptar que caí en esto por no leer la documentación correctamente y fiarme de lo que me decían, pasé casi dos horas con Ángela, la mujer de la sucursal de Zaragoza, que me atendió, desconfíe de su excesiva amabilidad y de su énfasis en lo rápido que encontraría trabajo, se aprovechó de mi vulnerabilidad y en la confianza depositada y no entiendo como la ley no prevee estos casos porque según el abogado que consulté no hay nada que hacer y que la única salida por la vía civil es incumplimiento de contrato, pero revisando la documentación es bastante difícil porque las discrepancias están más en lo que te comentan hablando contigo y nunca por escrito. Una vez firmado el contrato y pasado el término de 14 días, ya ni te atienden y el trato es diferente y ya todas las dudas que tengas las tienes que enviar a la sede central por medio de un correo electrónico genérico. ¿cómo podemos unirnos para denunciar? O ¿cómo puedo unirme a otra iniciativa de denuncia? Gracias.

hola buenas tardes y en primer lugar agradecer que existan paginas como estas para ayudarnos a las personas que nos sentimos estafados por ciertas personas.

Mi caso no es muy distinto de los anteriormente citados, estoy en la fase de las practicas y asi llevo esperando desde mayo de 2018. Actualmente estoy en contacto con campus training por mail reclamandolas no solo en tiempo sino en forma pues ayer fui a unas supuestas practicas que me ofrecieron que nada tienen que ver con lo estudiado. Esperare la respuesta de estos señores y en cuanto tenga las conclusiones si lo creeis oportuno expongo mi caso en detalle. no obstante si quereis indicarme algo os estaria muy agradecido.

My name is Daniela. I'm really sorry that I'm going to write in English but my Spanish it's a bit limited. So what's my case, its not very deftent from most of the people here. Last week I sow the add in Facebook ( abote preschool education) and I was interested moreover the add was in English so I thought it may be something for me. In Monday a person named Migel Angel contacted me over the phone and told me that we can have interview the next day so he can explain a bit more. I asked about the praise but he did say nothing. So the next day ( yesterday) I went to the office or academy or whatever they call it, the place it's in Madrid on Paseo de Reina Cristina 13, big green glasses very "official " .To give me the address Migel Angel contacted me by Wassup and the fjrts red flag was that he has no picture, not his face neder logo of the academy nothing. When I went to the interview first thing he did was to give me the kisses... another red flag ( why too friendly) , next he invaded me to his office, he took piece of paper and started explaining everything. He was talking and talking for ages. At some point he asked if I have any doubts or questions. I told him that I'm not sure if this course will sut me because of the Language barrier, at this point he started saying that my Spanish it's perfect i speak like native I can do the course with no problem and he whent on and on for atleast 15 min saying how wonderful and great and amazing my Spanish is and I'm so smart and so on. The place was strangely empty as someone else here mention... no books no computers no other people around veryyyyy empty just some certificates of the wall witch I was thinking looking at them at some point anyone can just print in 1 sec. Anyways on the end he asked me for my NIE and I was so stuped and give it to him, as well he asked me too singe piece of paper he told me is for the beca. Then he asked me how much I earn, if I'm married if I have kids .... my address. Then he told me the praise of the course its 2999€ but if I manage to get the scholarship will be 1999€. The interview was in the morning latter that day he sensed me message true Wassup that I get the scholarship but only till 20.12.2018 till 12:00, after that it's impossible. This morning I told him that I can't afford it.

Yesterday I started reading all the comments and now I'm really afraid that I left my NIE and I singe this paper witch I have no idea what was really about because I didn't get a copy. I have nothing.
I'm really embarrassed by this moreover something similar happened too me not long ago.

Please pleas can someone tell me what I can do.

I just left very long massage but somehow I can't see it. However yesterday I had interview with one of this people if you can call them this way.
In my case
1st . I singe some sort of document I was stupid enough not to read and I don't have a copy, they told me this is something about applying for the scholarship.
2nt. They took my NIE number.

Please can someone help do I need to do something?

Today I texted the person I had the interview with that I can't afford the course. I didn't pay anything.

DANIELA, I read the post that you wrote and taking in count my what happened to me I think that you dont have to be afraid, cause you did not provide info about your bank account, and you did not give them any money, so that's mean that there is no contract signed, but I think that it will be ok if you text them telling that you do not give authorization to their company to use your data, for anything, that if they use it without your permission you will use the legal mechanisms to avoid them to do it, also tell them that you are not interested in getting anything from their company and keep a copy of the messages, there are not extra precautions with this kind of situations.

Hello Daniela! Your case is as similar as other people who wrote in this forum.
I´m going to explain you. You have 14 days to give up the contract you signed, but you should do it by a "burofax". To do that you have to go to a post office "CORREOS" and ask to send a burofax, not a "certified letter", not a fax, a BUROFAX because legaly proves your intention of "givig up".
You have the template of the burofax somewhere here in the forum, in the messages. If you have any problem, don´t find it, or have any doubts, wright us again. Please remember you have 14 days to do this. Otherwise you may have to pay the amount of the whole thing!
The burofax will cost you something around 20 €, but prevents you from problems in the future.

Francy. The best thing she can do is to send a BUROFAX. They have her NIE and also she signed a paper. We don´t know exactly what was on that paper, and although she hasn´t paid anything that doesn´t mean she didin´t signed the contract. So the best thing is to send the BUROFAX, spend the 20€, and keep the copy of the burofax like a treasure just in case someday they appear and ask to pay more than 2000€.

Ok... as I said at the end of my post... There are no extra precautions taking in count how these people works, I do not really think thay she signed a contract cause these people have been using the same way during many years cause it works for them... but I hope that Daniela take in count your advice... I'm sorry for having meddled in this matter.
